How do you make sure you don't let pre-game nerves or the fear of failure get the better of you?

Problem #3
How do you stop overthinking and trust yourself so that you step into an instinctive mode of play?
Don't worry. I've got you covered.

How well do you play when you're feeling confident? Imagine starting every game on the front foot from the moment the whistle goes.

Use Your Skills In Games And Trials
Imagine if you used the skills you can do in training in games and at trials, even when you're under pressure....

When you can get yourself into flow state, you'll be able to anticipate what will happen next and make more impact in games.
TO BECOMING AN INTERNATIONAL HOCKEY PLAYER
Before I became an international hockey player I used to train hard but before big games and trials I'd often 'psych myself out' letting my nerves get the better of me.
I used to put myself under so much pressure to perform that I ended up playing safe & hesitating in key moments.
As a result my performances were inconsistent and I didn't get selected.
I was so disappointed that I almost quit, because I started to lose enjoyment and thought "what's the point?"

1000+ hockeys to reach the next level over the last 10+ years
When I was striving to reach a higher level I tried:
Learning new skills which I never used in games
Doing more physical training which didn't address nerves, fear of failure or inconsistent performances
Filling my schedule with more things to do that just left me feeling tired, frustrated and burnt out
It was only when a GB coach told me to that to get to my next level I needed to work on my mental game as I lacked consistency (which I had not realised before).
So that's what I did.
I wanted to improve so that I performed my best consistently and enjoyed hockey again.
Once I invested in my mental game everything changed!
I couldn't believe the difference my mindset made to my game and my performances.
One of the strategies that made a huge difference for me was to develop a pre-game routine that got me into the zone (i.e. the right state of mind) before games and trials.
After I discovered how to 'get into the zone' I started to:
Get more ball in games
Score more goals (7 goals in 3 games)
Receive calls from coaches wanting me in their team (club & national level)

Within 6 weeks I made my senior international debut

One day I got a call from the SA women's senior national coach, inviting me to a national selection camp, while I was living and playing hockey in England.
After a gruelling 3 day camp, I got the opportunity to represent my country and made my international debut.
And again I used what I learnt to score an equalising goal against Spain in the last 4 mins of the game.

Just to be clear...
I had NO NEW HOCKEY SKILLS!
The difference was knowing how to get into the right mental state to PLAY WITH MORE CONFIDENCE!
As a result I started performing more consistently...

IMPORTANT!
Instead of just focussing on improving my skills and fitness, I spent 5-10 mins before games to make sure I'm in the right mental state ready to perform, so that I start the game well and play with confidence. And now you can too with a...
PRE-GAME ROUTINE THAT TAKES JUST 5-10 MINS!

Who is this game day confidence action plan for?
It's specifically for field hockey players of all ages and levels, who want to improve their performance, without doing more physical training that doesn't show on the hockey field.
How is this different from other solutions?
First of all, this is not a course or just more information. It's an action plan with a step by step process that will help you to 'get into the zone' before games so that you play with more confidence.
But I'm not playing at a high level, do I really need this?
It doesn't matter what level you're playing at, if you want to play your best hockey you can use this action plan to get into the right state of mind before games so you perform your best.
Do I need access to a pitch?
No! You can do this at home without needing anything other than a pen and paper. You are conditioning your mind, not your body. When you use this strategy it will be a game changer.
I don't have a lot of time, so how much time do I need?
The good news is our mental game strategies takes a lot less time compared to physical training.
The first time you go through the action plan, you'll probably need about 30 mins. After you've done it once, you only need about 5-10 mins before games.
Once our players see the impact of this strategy, most of them do less physical training and get better results, so if anything you'll probably save time.
How do I know is this action plan will help me?
Honestly, I don't know you. So I can't guarantee anything. But what I know for sure is that this action plan has helped not only amateurs but professionals too. I would be very surprised if you followed the plan and didn't see any progress.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If you go through and complete the game day action plan but don't see any progress or results, just send us an email within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you a 100% refund.
