Our aim is to help you to build your confidence from within so you perform under pressure in big games, trials and tournaments so that you play your best more consistently and get selected for the next level in hockey.
This is suitable for masters hockey players aged 34-70 years who have a minimum of 3 years playing experience.
If accepted, you'll be offered a FREE 45 min Breakthrough Session (worth $199) so we can find out more about you and help you to discover what's standing in the way between where you're at and what you want to achieve, so together we can create a plan that works for you.
If we feel that you're a good fit, you may be invited to join our mentorship program at the end of the session, where you'll have the opportunity to be mentored by a former International Hockey Player and Performance Coach alongside a positive & supportive community of committed players like you.
