When you're in the attacking circle and the ball rebounds off the goalkeeper onto your reverse side, how often do you convert those into goals?

You may feel comfortable with rebounds on your forehand but being able to score rebounds on your reverse is a must-have skill that keeps you unpredictable and dangerous in front of goal.

In the circle you don't have much time or space, but often I see players taking too long to shoot because they try to place the ball in the perfect position first.

In the video below, I show you how to score rebounds on your reverse, with tips to help you react faster, position yourself better and confidently nail those second-chance opportunities under pressure.
