How To Use a Lifted Two Touch Finish To Score in Field Hockey

Want to make it harder for the goalkeeper to stop your shots?

Try a lifted two touch finish.

The first step is to use your first touch to get the ball off the ground and up into the air and your second touch to place the ball into the corners.

This is a tricky skill to execute which may take some practice but it's an effective way to increase your chance of scoring when you get it right.
